1. Click on Create table in design view.
2. Name a row X and give it the fieldproperties: Image [LONGVARBINARY].
3. Save and close. Let Base create an primary key.
4. Run Form wizard.
5. Move all fields to the form.
6. In step 5 of the wizard: Choose Columnar left and click Finish.
7. In the open form, dubbleclick in the grey box(X).
8. In the filechooser, browse to a dir that contains an imagefile.
9. Copy the file and then paste it in the same folder.
8. Open the newly created copy.

Result: Base stops responding.
