Quite a bit changed on appb.xml

To be more consistent with other docs, and the docbook lite tags, I have
changed <literal> in a few spots to be <computeroutput>

Also, fixed a few spots where it had svn client instead of Subversion client
(when talking about the software, and not the command line).

Put <literal> around Neon parameters. Also fixed 'neon' to 'Neon' where
appropriate.

According to the Style Guide, it is 'plug-in' not 'plugin'

Fixed a spot where make install had a stray ' at the end, and changed from
<literal> to <command>.

Another case of switching from <literal> to a more appropriate docbook lite
tag of <envar> for environment variables.

I figure since some of these also apply to other chapters, along with other
changes, I'll slowly submit them file by file, to make it a bit more bite
sized chunks. This way with feedback I might catch other changes that
probably should not be made. Unless anyone wants a nice large diff (soon as
I get done with the rest of my reading/changing in my spare time).
