Porting to Siemens ReliantUnix 5.44

I have compiled successfully on ReliantUnix 5.44 with a little
modification
on the GuessOS helper script.

Thanks for your patch. The same modification has already been made for
1.2.6 and 1.3bXX. I assume you tried it with an earlier apache version,
like 1.2.5?

There's another fix for ReliantUNIX: You should supply the -D_XPG_IV switch
so that the correct prototype gor gettimeofday() is selected.
