Error While Invoking Webservice

Hi, 

Iam working on web services first time please help me to rectify what gone
wrong.

 

Attach is bean and client to invoke webservice 

 

When I try to invoke I got following error.

------------------------------------------

java CheckEligibilityClient

Before Invoking Service

java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0

 

Also attached WSDL which I can get from
http://localhost/axis/services/CheckEligibility?wsdl link
