Subject: outage

As you all probably have surmized, we had an extended network outage today 
that ended around 4:00pm. There was a problem with a DSLAM in South 
Minneapolis that brought down a block of Onvoy custermers, and 
unfourtunatly we were one of them. 

The probelm seemds to have been resloved, and traffic is once again
flowing.

We apoligize for any inconvienace, and be assured that we where on the 
phone all day riding Onvy to resolve this problem.
