XercesLib.dsp problem?

Perhaps the changes to XercesLib.dsp were not checked in?  I'm getting a
link error because these files are not included as sources:

util\XMLIBM1047Transcoder.cpp
util\XMLIBM1047Transcoder.hpp

Here's the CVS diff:
