Hello Sebastian,

*Red5 1.0 RC1* (2 February 2011) is released. Maybe we should update to it?

Yes I really would like to, but I since I did an "svn update" I am waiting
for an hour now. Maybe Apache's SVN server is also infected by todays
famous carneval day "Fat Thursday" ( "Schmutziger Donnerstag"

Re: Red5 1.0 RC1

Hello Sebastian,

I was able to find the root cause:
1) RTMPMina log was turned off, this is why I was unable to see that
required jar file is missed.

I'm currently commiting update red5. The only thing I want to do is to
remove duplicated commons-codec.jar with different versions

hm,

ain't there any other exception then this?

Actually this message can happen if you restart red5 while the was a
browser window open that runs openmeetings and was connected to the
previous instance. You get this message for example. As far as I know this
message is a "Handshake" error between client and browser so somehow they
can't "talk" to each other.

Maybe you could build a branch and checkin your code so that I can play
with it to and we can merge it back then.

According to SVN they havechanged the license:
r4309 <http://code.google.com/p/red5/source/detail?r=4309>
+1 <http://code.google.com/p/red5/source/detail?r=4309>
  <http://code.google.com/p/red5/source/detail?r=4309>

I think you will need to replace the java-ee-5.1.jar again also I think
they have forgotten to update their License file as they have been already
changing the source code headers to APL :-/
