gateway requests are created not working

Description:
Currently the link in the email is https://dev.scigap.org/admin/dashboard/gateway
Once clicked on this, scigap admin need to log in providing account details and even then they land on admin dashboard (Seems like the link is not kept in memory after login)
1. User should be directed after login in to the link in the email
2. Even then the link is for the gateway management not to the Requested gateways tab.
3. Since I was testing with both gateway provider role and SciGaP admin role, If logged in with gateway provider role and clicks the link, gateway provider can view the users, credential store, etc..If the link was in gateway provider hand they can look at SciGaP details. This should be restricted. Link should not work for a gateway provider.
