Oneform Editor and Encoding

Hi list,

when invoking the oneform editor, I receive pages encoded as
ISO-8859-1 (the XML declaration reads <?xml version="1.0"
encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>).

Is there a chance to switch it to UTF-8?

this is a bug and should be fixed. i think hardcoding it to iso 8859-1
was a workaround for a cocoon serializer bug that should now no longer
be necessary
