Zeppelin can dynamically load spark packages as follows today(thanks Simon Ball for the snippet):

z.addRepo("Spark Packages Repo").url("http://dl.bintray.com/spark-packages/maven")
z.load("harsha2010:magellan:1.0.3-s_2.10”)

However it would be great to add the Spark Packages Repo to the Spark Interepreter dependency chain as a default so that users do not have to specify this. Spark Packages are very popular and making it simpler to load them via Zeppelin would be very convenient.
