### Please describe the bug 🐞
SparkActions can't be used with table file encryption enabled because of how the Avro files are passed to the spark executor. Without serializing keyMetadata, the EncryptingFileIO that would normally decrypt the files doesn't, and so an InvalidAvroMagicException is raised with a magic that corresponds to "AGS1"
