Missing source tab in JIRA and notification scheme update

Hi,

I do not know when it happened but I am missing the source tab when
looking at issues in the Stanbol JIRA.

Additionally, I wanted to change the notification scheme and update
the mail addresses but it seems that I can not do that as an
administrator.

Should I create an Infra issue for that or is there another way to
solve this on our own?
