### Steps to reproduce this issue

<artifactId>dubbo-registry-eureka</artifactId>
</dependency>
Error when using Eureka as the registry center：
No such extension org.apache.dubbo.registry.RegistryFactory by name eureka, no related exception was found, please check whether related SPI module is missing.

1. Dubbo 2.7.x is no longer supported
2. This might caused by jdk17
3. Dubbo 3.x currently not support eureka. Contribution is welcome
