hadoop download path missing
All the links at: http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/hadoop/common/ are returning 404s, even the backup site at: http://www.us.apache.org/dist/hadoop/common/. However, the eu site: http://www.eu.apache.org/dist/hadoop/common/ does work.

Hi Steven,
Please file an INFRA issue with a list of URLs that are inaccessible.
I tried a few and found them to work at the moment. It may have been a
transient issue?
