   If (and this is a big if) this is a time sync issue, then you need to run NTP or similar daemon that will keep the time synced on all the machines you have @hungnd-dev - including the MySQL server of yours. But "How exactly" to do it depends on your deployment, and I think you need to find it out by looking at "How to sync clocks on ......"  google queries. 
   
   That's where I'd start.
