Marathon Chef Cookbook

To go along with the Apache Mesos chef cookbook that we published earlier
we have now released a companion Marathon chef cookbook as well:

Currently tested with mesosphere mesos deb package 0.15.0 and the latest
Marathon 0.4.1-SNAPSHOT.

Hope it's of use to anybody trying to use Marathon and Mesos in a chef
managed environment.
