Review request for Ambari, Andriy Babiichuk and Alexandr Antonenko.

Bugs: AMBARI-7920
    https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-7920

Repository: ambari

Description
-------

During install user is unable to go to Manage Ambari. We should either provide this action or hide/disable "Manage Ambari" option in menu. Also if user will have ability to go to the Manage Ambari during install, we will get another issue: rename cluster button will be enabled and user can rename cluster right during install. It will cause issues.

Diffs
-----

  ambari-admin/src/main/resources/ui/admin-web/app/scripts/routes.js bc07133
  ambari-admin/src/main/resources/ui/admin-web/app/views/leftNavbar.html 8bc1472
  ambari-web/app/routes/installer.js 4c1dd61

Diff: https://reviews.apache.org/r/27076/diff/

Testing
-------

tested manually on real cluster

Thanks,

Aleksandr Kovalenko
