Hevay Work: Exceptions redefinition

Hi all,

I now started merging the changes for the exception definitions into the
trunk. I will work through the bundles to fix any obvious problems from
that. There may be more and those will be handled as the surface...

After having applied these changes, I will setout for the farther
reaching stuff for the virtual resource tree concept [1].
