I sincerely apologise in advance if I seem pushy and annoying.

However, while you're in the mood for applying patches, could you __please__
look at applying the patch for:

xmlns="" appened to subsequent element when no namepsace prefix


The comments in the bug description are pretty detailed, and it should be
obvious that this patch should have minimal impact on the rest of axis. I
_really_ need it to be in the final 1.1 release.

  I'm committing this because I know that almost nobody uses it *and* we
dont even include it in the axis binaries...if douglas bitting has found a
fault, he is probably the first person to use it.
