Elek, Marton resolved HDDS-459.

Resolution: Fixed
hadoop-ozonesite repository is merged back to the hadoop-ozone repository. A redirect is added to the old site.
The new address is https://hadoop.apache.org/ozone
The source of the site is here: https://github.com/apache/hadoop-site/tree/asf-site/ozone
