[jira] [Commented] (BEAM-10900) stats.ApproximateUniqueCombineFn should handle numpy array

Monica Song commented on BEAM-10900:
------------------------------------

Since the python sdk does not support deterministic coding for numpy data, the description in the bug is a special use case. It makes more sense for the user to convert their input into a native python type instead.

> stats.ApproximateUniqueCombineFn uses DeterministicFastPrimitivesCoder to encode input data. DeterministicFastPrimitivesCoder only accepts python data types and iterables, so numpy data types throw an error.
