Currently the {{PartitionRequest}} message contains {{ResultPartitionID}}|{{queueIndex}}|{{InputChannelID}} fields.

We will add a new {credit} field indicating the initial credit of {{InputChannel}, and this info can be got from {{InputChannel}} directly after assigning exclusive buffers to it.
