[GH] (rocketmq-dashboard/fix/btl-b5-audit-i18n): Workflow run "CI" failed!

fix(web): route the audit page's five hardcoded strings through i18n

The audit log page mixed t('audit.*') lookups with five raw Chinese
strings: the record-list and summary load failures, the cleanup and
export failures, and the cleanup modal's "days" suffix. English viewers
saw Chinese toasts and a broken suffix fragment.

They now go through audit.loadFailed, audit.summaryLoadFailed,
audit.cleanupFailed, audit.exportFailed and audit.cleanupDaysSuffix, with
the two effect dependency arrays updated so react-hooks stays quiet.

Test: web/src/pages/ops/__tests__/AuditPageLocalization.test.tsx renders
the page in English and pins all five strings (red on the unmodified
tree, green after the fix).
