PATCH: Test case for multicall

Hi guys,

Here's a test case for the system.multicall handler. It currently depends
on the previous patch I submitted, for the construction and addition of
the system.multicall handler to the web server, however the test case
itself should be independant.

Andrew, now that you have commit access, feel free to commit your
recent patches at your leisure.  Updating xdocs/changes.xml with a
brief summary of each change would be appreciated.
