[Issue 125890] The "Keep Current Format" (versus ODF ) option is misleading - it should be "Keep Selected Format"

Note if the file is saved already (in format x, e.g. odt), and then the user
selects to save as (in format y, e.g. .doc), then the "keep current format"
option is especially confusing. In this example selecting "keep current format"
will save in .doc rather than maintaining the current format .odt.
