New Roller wiki status

The new wiki is here:
http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/ROLLER/Roller+Wiki

I've migrated the following content:

    * Roller User Documentation
    * Roller Install Guides
    * Roller Downloads
    * Roller Mailing Lists
    * Roller Source Code
    * Roller Proposals

Main page of the old wiki now links to new wiki for above content.
Old wiki pages that moved have been replaced with pointers to the new pages.

How much more do we need to do before we can call for a graduation vote?

Any feeling for how far we are %age wise into the move?

I think such that the Roller webpage
(http://incubator.apache.org/roller/) should be pointing only to the
new wiki. I suspect we're there now - looking at your list above. Just
need to change the webpage.
