tomcat:Admin + access control + docs

Hi,
   sorry if these questions were already answered, but I couldn't find
on the FAQ-O-Matic....

can someone point me to the right direction on:

1. how do I run the admin (if there is one)?
2. is there an access control scheme like the jws used to have?
Different?
3. any  docs?

There's no admin yet.

There's no ACL support yet.

The code is the docs at the moment.
