### Describe the Bug

broker-f 突然内存持续上涨，导致服务假死，也未从nameserver摘掉，导致客户端连接超时，虽然mq有三次重试，通过上图发现后两次请求到了正常的broker，应该成功，结果还是失败了

现在我们无法复现broker内存上涨假死的情况，可以制造一个broker访问不通使得连接把耗时耗光

期望的是，单个请求超时和整体三次重试的超时分开配置

8169这个是异步，这是两个事：
1、同步的重试次数我觉得是有必要的，对有问题的节点，就是要快速失败，比如我最大2秒超时，我可以把一次请求的超时设置成1秒，这样我设置重试次数是2次，那么最大就是2秒超时。否则就解决不了broker挂掉的问题
2、异步现在虽然有重试次数，但是好像没用，现在只能在回调里做重试逻辑
另外我也发现同步有1%的概率，同步请求达到了1秒以上的处理时间，不知道rocketmq为什么同步发送会这么慢

ISSUE #8169 可以看下这个，建议额外做重试逻辑，如果分离的话对个人认为客户端感知延迟较大

1、是不是设置一个单次请求的超时时间和重试次数就行，不用设置总的。
