[PR] CAMEL-23441: camel-jbang - Export to support install camel wrapper [camel]

## Summary
_Claude Code on behalf of davsclaus_
- Add `--camel-wrapper` option to `camel export` so the Camel Wrapper scripts (`camel`/`camel.cmd` and `.camel/camel-wrapper.properties`) are included in the exported project for version pinning
- The wrapper pins the Camel CLI version used during export, ensuring anyone working on the project uses the same version — like the Maven Wrapper but for the Camel CLI
- Supported across all runtimes (Spring Boot, Quarkus, Camel Main) and Kubernetes export
- Defaults to `false`; can also be set via `camel.jbang.camelWrapper=true` in `application.properties`
## Test plan
- [x] `ExportTest#shouldExportCamelWrapper` — verifies `camel`, `camel.cmd`, `.camel/camel-wrapper.properties` are created with correct content when `--camel-wrapper` is set (parameterized across all 3 runtimes)
- [x] `ExportTest#shouldNotExportCamelWrapperByDefault` — verifies no wrapper files are created without the flag (parameterized across all 3 runtimes)
- [x] Full `ExportTest` suite passes (88 tests)
- [x] Kubernetes plugin compiles and all 128 tests pass
