If the last-modified date of a file is older than the actual year, the hours, minutes and seconds are shown as 00:00:00.

example:
a.txt, last modified 29.07.2011 16:13:15 -> shown correct as 29.07.2011 16:13:15
a.txt, last modified 29.07.2001 16:13:15 -> shown incorrect as 29.07.2011 00:00:00
