   我们已经通过修改源码进行了解决, 但是每次更换版本可能都要花时间去更改源码. 更改源码如下
   4.0.4开发版 35679行  我们增加了一个alignWithTick参数去控制, buildAxisLabel函数内 
   var tickCoord = axis.dataToCoord(tickVal);
           if(axisModel.get('alignWithTick')){
               tickCoord = axis.dataToCoord(tickVal)-axis.dataToCoord(0);
           }
