[ANN] James v2.1.3a5 test build

All reports regarding v2.1.3a4 have been good. Some people expressed a
request to have a few outstanding minor defects fixed, which are corrected
in this *TEST* build:

 Fixed bug 18307
 Fixed bug with non-InternetAddress addresses
Fixed bug in NotifySender with complex MIME messages

The James v2.1.3a5 *test* build is currently going through the publishing
process, and will be available tonight.

If you can, please test this version and provide feedback ASAP. Thanks!
Based upon the current positive feedback, if all looks good this test build
will become the James v2.1.3 release build.
