Maven build

Hi guys,

I'm a maven developer.

I see that you use two repository for build jetspeed and you release jars on
bluesunrise repository.
Bluesunrise isn't the default repository for Apache jars. You must use the
Ibiblio repository for release your jars.
You can do it with using the mirroring directory define between Apache
server and Ibiblio server.

If you don't know how to use it, you can subscribe to repository@apache.org
and Mark R. Diggory will help you to use the official repository.
