CFV: Release of 1.3.10 on 12/24/99

Since most people are most likely back, I'm calling for a vote
regarding the release of 1.3.10 for this Friday, the 24th. Because
of the holiday, we may actually need for the code-freeze to happen
that day, and the release next week. So the vote should be +1 if
you are in favor of releasing/freezing on the 24th.
