Need help with apache poi

Hi,

I am using Apache POI 3.7 and reading MS word file, after reading it successfully i am replacing some text that is already there in document file with my own text and then write it to new document. I am able to do everything as expected and also able to generate Ms Word file but when i am trying to open it with MS Office 2007 it is not opening and saying that it may be corrupted. If i am opening that file in WordPad then it is opening perfectly fine and data is also there as expected.
 
So if you could help me out in solving this problem, it would be great help for me.
 
I am using HWPFDocument, POIFSFileSystem and Range classes to do my work.
 
Pls let me know how to work around this issue.
