Will have both ready around the same time but want the changes which are of a foundational nature to be incorporated before this item is then considered.

> We should make the Docker image configurable to support all of the common security options available in NiFi.  This would include LDAP/AD, SSL, and Kerberos.  These will likely be heavily driven by environment variables but this approach should make it easy to integrate the image into target environments and resource managers.
