First of all Can you test this with Axis2 1.3?
How you create your service? Are you invoking a service written in Axis2 or any other framework?
Can you send a zip file with your wsdl and request and response messages as well?
as I can see the cause for this problem is that your response message does not match with the schema.
it seems there is a missing required element before the element medicineId.
please check around the xml (near the element medicineId) and see whether you getting all the required
elements.
