[TODO] Apache Stratos 3.0.0-RC1-incubating release
Hi all,
Here is the todo list I have come across for the release. @mentors please
help on adding items that we should follow. Based on that will create JIRAs
and track of them.
1. Create notice files
2. Create license files
3. Removing dependence on wso2 repositories
4. Documentation (build, dev contribution, architecture , user guide)
5. Source package ( git tag? )
6. Sign source package
7. Binary package
8. Do RC releases upload to dist?
9. Release note
10. Vote (in general list?)
Is any thing that I have missed?

Hi Lakmal,
Very good summary. As for the vote:
* Run a vote on this dev list to get stratos community voted first.
* But since stratos is a incubator project, it needs atleast three binding votes from IPMC.
* Once the vote passes on this dev list, you start a vote again on general list.
* If you already have 3 IPMC (Mentor) votes during community vote, general list vote is for any other IPMC to raise concerns. If you do not get 3 IPMC vote here, then general is the place to ask for additional votes.
Here are airavata specific release instructions, please feel free to clone them and tune it for stratos - http://airavata.apache.org/development/release-management.html
Note, these instructions are svn specific and you will need to make the required GIT modifications.
