[jira] [Created] (MESOS-62) Report actual resource usage to master

Report actual resource usage to master
--------------------------------------

                 Key: MESOS-62
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS-62
             Project: Mesos
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: master, slave
            Reporter: Charles Reiss
            Assignee: Charles Reiss

Mesos should eventually report actual resource usage (not just allocations) to the master so aggregate usage can be displayed on the master webui and possibly logged or used by allocators.
