Setting up java producers

Hi 

I wrote before but my title may have been a bit vague.

Can anyone tell me how to run a producer to create dynamic xml.  
There doesn't seem to be any documentation on this and what there 
is doesn't give a good enough description for me.

All I need is

How to compile one (including jar files needed)
Where to put it in relation to cocoon
How to access it (the url)
