Single volume attachment to several compute instances

Hi folks:
A while back, it a single volume instance can only be attached to single
compute instance.
But according to:
https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Cinder/blueprints/multi-attach-volume

Now, a single volume instance can be attached to several compute instances.

Q: Has anyone getting this working/tested for OpenStack, based say on
Havana using
jCloud Nova API?. Is this even possible?

Thanks,

BK

Both of the blueprints linked to from that wiki page haven’t been completed. One is still in the discussion state. I think it will be a while before we have a chance to test this with anything (including jclouds).

When the blueprints are implemented and make it into a release, we can try it then.

Thanks,
Everett
