[jira] [Commented] (MAPREDUCE-4412) No mapred-site.xml present in the configuration directory. This is very trivial but thought would be less confusing for a new user if it came packaged.

Moved to project MAPREDUCE as it is relevant to that, not to Common (HADOOP).
