[jira] [Commented] (YARN-6623) Add support to turn off launching
privileged containers in the container-executor
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YARN-6623?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16192537#comment-16192537 ]
Jian He commented on YARN-6623:
-------------------------------
Got a question, for this config added
docker.allowed.networks=## comma seperated networks that can be used. e.g bridge, host, none
There's already a config in yarn-site.xml
"yarn.nodemanager.runtime.linux.docker.allowed-container-networks"
Will the one in yarn-site.xml be deprecated ? what's the story here?
Also, should the default value include host and bridge like the yarn-defalut.xml did ? otherwise, the default setting will just not work, user has to explicitly chage it

> Currently, launching privileged containers is controlled by the NM. We should add a flag to the container-executor.cfg allowing admins to disable launching privileged containers at the container-executor level.
