Memory Read Error with HTTPTransport.dll

I am getting a Memory access violation in HTTPTransport.dll when I try 
to call a SOAP stub.

My AxisCPP config:
ClientLogPath:C:\Axis\AxisLog.txt
Transport_http:c:\axis\bin\HTTPTransport.dll
XMLParser:c:\axis\bin\AxisXMLParserXerces.dll
Channel_HTTP:c:\axis\bin\HTTPChannel.dll
Channel_HTTP_SSL:c:\axis\bin\HTTPSSLChannel.dll

Any direction would be most appreciated....
