build weirdness

Hi all,
	Looks like something may be wrong in fop cvs. After doing a full checkout 
it is generating overlapping text components for all the .fo's. Can someone 
verify this? I am trying to get DOM2 stuff working.

	The code I used to create this build includes:
		xalan2 from cvs        (Sun at    9:00 PM)
		xerces from cvs        (Sun at 10:00 PM)
		fop 16 dev from cvs (Sun at 11:00 PM)
	
	Have also tried the xalan D07 with the same results. (on JDK 1.3 both UNIX 
and Windows)

	Attached is one of the offending pdf's.

	If these error cannot be reproduced then please send me your copy of 
fop.jar so I can narrow this down.
