www.apache-extras.org wrong redirect (was: GPL Code in GitHub)

That must be a configuration error for http://www.apache-extras.org/

http://apache-extras.org/ redirect correctly to
https://code.google.com/a/apache-extras.org/hosting/

I've raised it as https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-9229
