Description:
Apply the following improvements for the "About your blog" field on the Settings page:
1. Character length is currently limited to 255 characters for rendering purposes. Don't include html characters in the count.
2. Convert http:// strings into actual links.
3. Provide dynamic "Characters available: ###" element to the field (like twitter) that increments as users type so users know how many characters they have left as they are completing the field.
4. Disallow typing when the user has reached the 255 character limit.
5. Change the field label from "About your blog" to "About me" to match the terminology used on the default Roller themes that use this field.
6. Add a minor note to the field that the content in this field doesn't automatically render on all themes
