Based off [this|[http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/fineract-dev/201910.mbox/%3CCAFvmhWho0Hqy4wEP7-QezVXaegUsRxJqBgu3awTn%3DS0rZrzRog%40mail.gmail.com%3E]] discussion on the mailing list, transform the [PostgreSQL library|[https://github.com/apache/fineract-cn-postgresql]] into DBMS library which can support alternate databases such as PostgreSQL and MariaDB.
