     was d98aee4  Pull failOnMissingWebXml up (from WarMojo to AbstractWarMojo). Propagate failOnMissingWebXml from AbstractWarMojo to WarProjectPackagingTask::handleDeploymentDescriptors and use it to check if it is false when webXml was set, but is not found.

The revisions that were on this branch are still contained in
other references; therefore, this change does not discard any commits
from the repository.
