Since such overlaps are often not expected at least a warning should be emitted in case there is the same file below {{workDirectory}} and {{metaInfVaultDirectory}}. This should happen for all non-static files (i.e. properties.xml). For the static ones (i.e. config.xml and settings.xml) this is probably intended, so in that case just a INFO should be enough.
